We met and fell in love whilst spending a fun… and rosé-filled summer in Cannes. We then spent the next decade working in restaurants, bars, pubs and hotels in the UK, plotting how we could one day own a restaurant of our own, in our beloved France. We have both been lucky enough to spend our holidays in France since childhood. We both love France and the French way of life… not least the devotion to food and wine. We share the “joie de vivre” spirit and are lucky enough to speak French.
